The first step

Should you decide your chosen vehicle has a very high chance of being the right car for you, then you can come down and see us in person in Fareham, Hampshire or we can agree a viewing with you in your chosen location at a time convenient for yourself. 

Viewing and test driving your chosen car

Once you have discussed a viewing with us, we will meet you with the vehicle on the same day or at a date and time of your choice, so that you can physically view and perform your own appraisal of your prospective purchase, followed by a thorough test drive. 

 

Please note that we may ask that you pay a small deposit if you wish for us to hold any vehicle for you, beyond the one calendar day from first registering your interest with our team, please speak to your Customer Care team member.

The final step

As soon as you meet one of our professional team, they will show you their own Driving License as a form of identification.  
 

Now it is time for you to check out the vehicle exterior, interior and engine bay, check the tyres, brakes and underbody, having a really good look over.

 

Have a friendly chat with our team member as you do this and then you will be ready to take the vehicle for a proper test drive. 

 

Once your test drive is complete and we've answered any further questions that you have, then you can make a final decision, confirming that you are happy and want to go ahead.

This positive relationship and business practice leaves you to focus on the important moments in life, whilst letting your new used vehicle take you onwards to great places.

Once you have confirmed to us that you are happy with the vehicle, then our delivery driver will ask you to pay the balance in full by bank transfer to our business account. 

As soon as the payment has cleared then your new vehicles ownership, will be transferred over to you and we will issue you with your warranty policy, copies of the respective sales contract and a brochure with after care information.
 


"What happens if I am not happy with the vehicle"

In the very highly-unlikely case that you find fault with the vehicle and you had paid a deposit for us to hold a vehicle for you, we will then refund said deposit, (if one was taken).
